Luvignac, Picpoul de Pinet 2024

Founded in 1932, Cave de Pomérols is a respected Languedoc co-operative located between Pézenas and the Mediterranean coast. Operating under labels like Luvignac and Beauvignac, they unite over 300 growers across varied limestone and clay terroirs. With a focus on sustainability, coastal influence, and meticulous vineyard work, the co-op balances tradition with innovation, producing wines that reflect regional identity with clarity and consistency. Pale lemon in colour, the nose opens with a burst of grapefruit zest, lemon, lime and white blossom, edged with sea spray and hawthorn. On the palate it's razor‑bright, with crisp acidity, green apple and pear flavours, a mineral backbone and salty coastal finish. Refreshing and light, perfect for seafood or sunlit afternoons.
